Exams Registration Procedures and Calendar A.Y. 2025/2026
1. How to Register
All students must register for exams through the SOL/Esse3 system. If you are unable to register online, you must send an email to alessandro.ferminelli@unipg.it and CC barbara.luchetti@unipg.it with the subject line “prenotazione on-line”.
The email must include the following details:
- First and Last Name
- Student ID number (Matricola)
- Degree Course (C.d.L.)
- Course code of the exam you cannot register for (e.g., for those enrolled in Funzionario Giudiziario Amministrativo, Magistrale Vecchio Ordinamento, etc.).
Important for "Old Regulations" (Vecchi reg.): If your study plan includes exams split into two parts (e.g., Commercial Law, Administrative Law), and you need to take the full exam, you must register for both course codes.
2. General Rules and Prerequisites
Please note that you may only take exams prior to the May session (relative to your enrollment year) if the course was held during the first semester. For annual courses or second-semester courses, you must wait until the May session or the end of classes, unless otherwise specified in the relevant academic regulations.
3. Extraordinary Exam Session (October 2026)
Dates: October 26th to 30th, 2026 - Starting from October 2026, students who are "fuori corso" as of the 2025/26 academic year and wish to take exams during this extraordinary session must send an email to alessandro.ferminelli@unipg.it, specifying their Degree Course and the exam they intend to take. A specific exam date will then be created in SOL/Esse3, with the exact day and time confirmed during the week of October 26–30, 2026.
4. Exam Sessions Calendar 2025/2026
Exams for the 2025/2026 academic year will be held during the following periods:
- December 15 – 19, 2025
- January 12 – 16, 2026
- February 2 – 6, 2026
- April 8 – 14, 2026
- May 25 – 29, 2026
- June 15 – 19, 2026
- July 13 – 17, 2026
- September 14 – 18, 2026
- October 26 – 30, 2026* (Extraordinary session reserved for "fuori corso" students)
5. Exam Sessions Calendar 2026/2027
Exams for the 2026/2027 academic year will be held during the following periods:
- December 14 – 18, 2026
- January 11 – 15, 2027
- February 1 – 5, 2027
- March 31 – April 6, 2027
- May 24 – 28, 2027
- June 14 – 18, 2027
- July 12 – 16, 2027
- September 13 – 17, 2027
- October 25 – 29, 2027* (Extraordinary session reserved for "fuori corso" students)
